Our Heritage:
Our Company grew and established itself over the last 30 years in Bulgaria, proving a viable and fully competitive product range and a highly effective business strategy.
In all these years, our Technology was developed under all kinds of adverse conditions for plant development. In a transitioning Bulgarian economy, it was a difficult time for agriculture: bad soil management, prolonged heat, erroneous soil fertilization, micro elements deficits, hail damage, pesticide damage, drought, frost and excessive rain were the norm, not the exception.
We successfully developed solutions that helped our clients overcome all these obstacles, recover the crops after stress conditions, and achieve the best possible yield under these circumstances.
During the same period, our Business was developed under similarly difficult conditions: high inflation, economic recession, change in land ownership, destruction of the large agricultural cooperatives, high prices of energy and raw materials, high risk for collecting receivables. Our business model adapted continuously and succeeded in overcoming all these obstacles.
All in all, Ecofol proved that has a valuable and highly purposeful technology, and it is capable of conducting profitable and growing business in partnership with its clients under all economic conditions.
